I’ve been a Barbour customer for a while. One of the last garments that I bought showed a defect, I informed Barbour Customer Service Team and agreed to send it back for inspection. They confirmed the defect, offered a few options and sent a like-for-like replacement item.
It did not matter to me that I spent some time to find a solution with them, the customer support I received was timely and professional. I will certainly continue to shop with them
