I bought a pair of miller derby boots from Barbour and they fell apart in a few months. Barbour said they wouldn’t refund me after I returned the boots but gave me the equivalent in store credit. I was annoyed at this point they then had nothing I wanted in my size and I had about 30 emails with their customer services before settling on 2 items I didn’t really want that left me £9 out of pocket. I will never buy Barbour again a brand once known for durability and quality of service has fallen very low. Don’t buy Barbour it’s not worth it!
