Bought a pair of Wellington boots just over 12 months hardly worn them and one of them was leaking , expected Barbour boots would last longer then £9 wellies from wilco. Contacted customer service told me to go back to the shop which is over 150 miles away , and I had no receipt now sent them photos to show how new they looked no wear and tear and no holes or cracks , barbour did not offer to.repair or replace or discount on a new pair. Very disappointed with both service and product would not recommend after using their products for many years .
