cash machine never handed out money but took it out of account , on line chat bad ,repeating the same questions over again ,giving the impression they not lisening to you in the first place ,after two online chats and one phone call finally got a actual date of when i will get my money back , taking 14 working days from the date i made the complaint, bare in mind was told 48 hours on the phone call i made to them ,
