This is the worst bank in the UK. They blocked almost all of my bank transfers and card payments regularly. When I say regularly I mean daily. I closed down my business account with them because I lost suppliers as they hadn't been paid. Turns out Barclays blocked payments. There was no reason for this. Our suppliers are UK and used by some of the biggest businesses in the industry. In ALL of the times I spoke with the anti fraud service, they said nothing was wrong, they just wanted to check. Now they are doing the same to my personal account. Customer service is a joke, as is this bank!
