It is impossible to get through on the phone. Twice in the last year I've needed to contact Barclays business banking. I waited 3 days for a call back on a CBILS Loan,. they couldn't help, and needed to go with a different provider. Now I need to change a signatory on our account. This can't be done online and at the time of writing I've been holding for over 2 hours. Last night I waited over an hour to get through to customer services to be told that I needed to call a different number this morning as that department close at 6pm. Definitely wouldn't recommend Barclays to any small business that needs to communicate wiuth their bank for any reason. 1 star
