This is absolutely the worst charge card provided ever. I've had an account with Chase for 30+ years and they are great. However, I got a Wyndham's Rewards card because we stay at some of their brand hotels, this card is serviced by Barclays. The very first billing cycle, I was charged a different amount on a restaurant we used. I filled a copy of my receipt on Barclays website, they called me to tell me I needed to submit the receipt by fax or mail. I explained that I uploaded on the Dispute form, they said it wasn't there. I ask about uploading it again, they said the system wouldn't allow this, only fax or by mail. Hours on the phone, no help at all.
