They do not worth any stars to be honest. Their customer service is horrible, they are rude and not trying to actually solve your problem but just end the conversation. If a problem occurs with your bank account their are not trying to solve but they just say that i was your fault. So in case you think joining Barclay's don't it will be a huge mistake.
