Been with Barclays for years but their customer service is virtually none existant now that it is all done from home. If the person you eventually get through to cant answer your question they have to try and contact someone who can. If they cant get through they say they will get back to you, but in my experience, I have not had those return calls. This scenario went on for months before it was resolved and I eventually got a letter of apology. Its a high street bank trying to be an online one and not doing a very good job
