I tried using the Barclays app,due to the fact no one answers the phone!
I ended up going round in circles,talking to an A.I robot and ended up telling it to f##k off!!!
I ended up going in to my local branch.....moral of the story...Don't use modern technology to replace staff!!!you WILL lose customers
