I was initially a victim of an elaborate scam and was asked to transfer a (for me) a large amount of money. Fortunately I was unable to complete as Barclays blocked my account and after realising what was going on( by now the scammer was getting aggressive) I was able to stand up to them and finish the call. Thanks guys for realising before me what was happening and saved me from devastation. :)
The Fraud team were excellent and very supportive.
