Suspended my partners account and asked her to go to the branch with ID. She did this the following day and was told Allie up to 7 days for fraud team to open account again.
Seven days passed and still not heard anything, each time chased are told call back “later” or go into the branch. When you go into the branch they tell you to call the number that then tell you to go into the branch.
How any company can operate in such away is beyond me, especially a financial institution!
