Im trying to change my phone number with them, called the phone banking number and was informed there is up to a 40 minute wait for a advisor !
Its just gone one hour and 10 minutes and im still waiting to change my bleeding number !
I would go to my local branch but they closed it last year !!!!!!!
Think its time to switch after a unsatisfying 20 years of banking.
