Lack of knowledge of employees
I went to Barclays branch in Uxbridge and wanted to find out what the costs of an international transfer are and I found out from an employee of this bank that my country, Poland, is not in Europe and is not in the European Union, the lady actually argued with me. I thought that the employees had some basic knowledge about international banking. Just a joke.
