totally shocking service transfer money to a brother doesnt get to him nor do i receive it back that was 2 year ago. and recently withdrew 80 pound from atm and not got it nor as it been returned, contacted them 3 times now and still having to wait 5 more days. my last 80 pound 2 weeks ago. not a good bank to be with at all, cant wait to change.
