I had to take my 93 year old mother to Barclays that is set up in the Methodist church in Ellesmere Port , as the bank has closed and the nearest is Chester ,
We was greeted by your member of staff, a nice friendly lady called Julie, who was great and explained everything thoroughly ,
Thanks so much and what a shame the bank and banks with these kind of staff in them are closing
