I wanted to open a new account but had a few questions as my situation is quite unique. I had tried to get the answers I needed from their website, but could not find answers. I have been on hold for over an hour and forty minuttes and still have not spoken to anyone. Clearly Barclays don't need my or anyone else's business. Disgusting service.
