$16,000.00 was charged to my Jet Blue credit card issued by Barclay Bank while on a cruise. After receiving two statements showing the charges I contacted Barclays Bank and was told that it was too late to make a complaint. The bank failed to send an alert to me that my card was being excessively charged and now they refuse to credit my account and credit is being destroyed.
