I visited Barclays Solihull branch today with my elderly mother.We didn't have an appointment and was dealt with by a gentleman named Tim.He was very patient with us both and very professional making sure my mother understood evan after having to explain a number of times.Tim treated my mother like his own,a big thank you to Barclays for employing such caring staff in a world that doesn't seem to have time for people anymore!!
