The lady customer service assistant, placed a marker on my current account enabling to purchase my new Car using my connect card on Monday 4th of November at my local Mazda dealer in Weybridge.
If the card declines for suspicious activity.
I was told by the Lady customer service assistant that I could use my Barclays Banking app on my phone to do a Bank to Bank transfer up to £ 50000.00.
Well within the range of the amount of my car purchase.
I would give a 10 out 10 for customer service.
Means on Monday 4th of November I can pay for my car with confidence that the payment will take place with ease.
