Gérard in Barclays in Belfast got my husband onto the banking app after he changed his phone, in very quick time. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. My husband got sorted in no time. The only thing I can say we had to get the bus to belfast as the branch in Newtownards my home town and the neighbouring town Bangor has been closed. I find this absolutely ridiculous.
