I had appointment today .
Yesterday, I don't know why? They called me. I was busy and didn't reply, so they cancelled my appointment by theslf without informing me that my appointment cancelled.
I took permission from my duty and went to the bank but my appointment was cancelled. Although I should get sms that my appointment cancelled.
The behaviour of the representative was rude and judgmental that I didn't reply phone.
