Had a few issues with the mortgage advisors and was getting very frustrated until Pete Cox from the Peterborough branch stepped in to sort. He was amazing and went beyond what I would have expected. He then kept me updated with phone calls until the matter was resolved. He helped to restore my faith in Barclays and is a real credit to the bank.
