I have visited 3 times in one month at Whitechapel Barclays bank. Had to wait so long in ques, only 2-3 counters open. Some team members try people to help, but they are always stressed, never smile, they never say excuse me or please. I think they don't appreciate their job. They say ''Wait there'' with no please. They must improve their customer service.
