I have been trying to set up on line banking with Barclays for 3 months now. First lot sent in the wrong name. Second lot, will not accept pin number. Since transferring my mothers account to Barclays because Nat West has closed we have only had problems. 2 appointments with 'bank managers' later and we still get so many errors. Was promised £25.00 credit for all the errors which has never been credited to the account. We get three bank statements each month when I requested none as I wanted to do on line banking. Still not able to get to on line banking. Your customer service is dreadful. My poor mother who is 94 finds this all too distressing!
