I just went in there to enquire about opening an account. The lady in there was not at all welcoming and looks like they don't want people to come in to open the account. She was more happy to say you can open somewhere else before even knowing what I need. I think barclays will head towards shutdown if they have people like this talking to customer.
This was ealing broadway branch.
