Fraud investigations team are woeful. They will freeze your account and leave you without access to your account or your card. The waiting times to speak to their fraud department is consistently over a half hour. Then the information each member will give wildly varies. I had been told I could have no information, been given all information regarding my account, been told my account was re-activated, told it was still de-activated, everything.
An absolute shambles. Would not recommend.
