I never had such an awful experience with a bank in my live and I am banking with HSBC. I thought they are awful, but they are just slow. I opened account with acceptance for a credit card. Got an email to provide proof of income in 48h or my account will get closed which I naturally did immediately. Got an email my case will be solved in 5 working days so I called them will it be fine is I have 48h and they say it will be solved in 5 days. The lady on the phone said it will be fine. After few weeks I got an email saying my account and creditcard will be closed. I really care about building my creditscore to buy a house and don't want to have short lived account on my history which was closed. I called and wrote to them crazy amount of secure messages but almost all responses are not understanding why I write. The say they cannot increase my limit or that dates ware wrong. The totally miss a point so I started to write crazy long messages and then they just ignore it and argue with the facts I send them. It's the worst bank I had to deal so far. No good communication at all.
