Choose another bank where you are able to get an adequate levels of service, for example banking a cheque should not take more than an hour! Customers shouldn't have to wait for more than an hour to speak with someone!
The service at Barclays is ridiculous, save yourself a whole load of stress and inconvenience and choose an alternative competent bank!
It's lunch time and there's only 2 staff in the main branch of Barclays providing a service to the whole town and the picture below shows no staff whatsoever behind the counter!
