I would love to tell you more about Barclay's bank but cant talk to anyone connected to the organisation. No one from the customer service team picks up a phone, the bank itself is hardly ever open. I also bank with Lloyds who are much much better. I will be terminating my account with Barclay's and from what I've heard I'm not the only one. Absolutely shocking bank, with no customer services.
