Honestly the worst bank ever. Totally scammed by them and paid literally thousands. Trying to get a response for the better part of a month. On hold for hours at a time. If I ever get through they say they can't help. I Go to the branch and they say to ring. Have sent countless messages. It's like they are doing everything they can to rip you off put you in dept and keep you from being able to do anything about it. They need to be shut down.
