When someone close to you dies suddenly you find yourself in shock. You need guidance in what steps you need to take to finalise the cremation, memorial etc. I was fortunate to have Bronnie from BARE to guide me through the steps. Bronnie was tolerant, professional, helpful and a lovely person in our time of need. I am very grateful for her help at a very difficult time.
