“The customer service experience I had with Bare Cremation was quite simply second to none, that is, brilliant. The clarity of the discussions initially, the ability to totally take on a job and do it virtually without me having to lift a finger and without me having to worry about anything, the completion of the service before I had to pay one single cent, the value for money and the caring nature of the staff, it was all brilliant. I congratulate them whole-heartedly. I only wish they were in a line of business which I had a need for more often!”

“I was very impressed with the way Bare Funerals handled my son 's funeral. All the staff that I spoke to were very caring and I appreciate their kind manner towards me whilst I was going thru a truely sad time. I woupd recommend them to everyone.”

“EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF AT BARE WAS STRESS FREE / COMMUNICATION WITH EVERY STAFF MEMEBER WAS EASY, UNDERSTANDING, EMOTIONALLY VERY SUPPORTIVE WITH THE SITUATION AND THE CARE FOR THE FINACIALLY SIDE OF SAYING GOOD BYE TO A LOVE ONE "UNBELIVIEABLE" THANK YOU YOU SO MUCH TO THE TEAM AT BARE / YOU MADE A SITUATION FOR ALL OF THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS A EASIER PATH TO ACCEPT AND MOVE ON”

“From the first phone call to the last request for thank you cardsI was so well cared for. My husband's Memorial Service was beautiful and everyone involved worked hard to ensure it was exactly what I wanted for him. I was exceptionally happy with the effort that Febb put into the slideshow presentation and accompanying music.”

“After our extended family recently had a great experience with Bare, we chose to engage them to take care of my father. Unfortunately, our experience this time fell short of expectations. The initial communication was very slow, and we were only contacted the day before they planned to cremate Dad. Adding to our frustration, they couldn’t provide a specific time for the cremation and promised to update us once it was completed. However, I ended up having to follow up the next day to confirm that everything had gone smoothly. We understand Bare offers a no-frills service, but we felt this level of communication was inadequate, especially given the excellent service our extended family received just two months prior. While we appreciate their affordability and simplicity, we hope they can improve the consistency of their communication and service delivery moving forward.”

“Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I cannot speak highly enough of the kindness, care and consideration i received from BARE Funerals. Especially Lydia, who was my main contact person. She guided me through every step after the passing of my beautiful brother. She was in tune, she was a really lovely person and extremely efficient, she didn,t miss a beat. She made my experience easy and stress free. I can't thank you enough Lydia. What a wonderful representative of BARE she is.”

“Right from my very first conversation with Georgie Kearney I felt we were working with compassionate considerate and empathetic people. Georgie took the time to explain every single step that Bare would take with our mum and this made it much easier to pre-arrange everything which allowed us to grieve when mum passed. Even when dealing with a very unpleasent situation regarding mum's prepaid neiche, again we were reassured by Tarah Westera and given options for mums remains to be returned to us in our chosen urns. This was the first funeral my husband and I have ever had to work through and I must say the staff from Bare Cremations made the process so much easier. Thank you so much and for delivering mum back to us here at home. Thank you Karren & Darren Carr”

“Bare came to the rescue. They were very easy to deal with and very cost effective. My father passed away in another state, and from the first point of contact, they were lovely to deal with. I had a dedicated person to contact, Cassandra, and she was wonderful. Always answered my calls, helped and guided me when I needed it. They even arranged for Dad to be delivered to me in another state. I was so impressed that I am positive I will be using them again in the future.”

“Surprisingly, even though Dad had been ill for years, when he passed, I was completely unprepared for what lay ahead. When I stumbled upon Bare I was in a mild panic. Bare gave me a simple checklist to follow, and importantly they introduced me to Elle - our funeral arranger. Elle was always available, always ready to answer any questions with a sincere desire to help, and ultimately gave some great advice that allowed us all dignity and warmth at a really difficult time. Everything we were told would happen did, and usually quicker than we expected. Thank you Elle and thank you Bare. Dad would've liked you both.”
