“i am grateful for the care and support i have recieved from the people who represent BARE. They have been very supportive after the news of my sons death in another state. they have helped me coordinate logistics from a distance and made the whole process an easy trasition in my time of grief. i would highly reccomend this company to anyone going through a difficult time knowing you can get through stormy waters and have a lifeboat at your back . Thankyou”

“When my husband passed away, I suddenly realised that I hadn't got a funeral director. As we wanted a simple cremation without a funeral I remembered an advertisement about Bare Cemations, an Independent Cremation company, and it appealed to me. After a phone call they arrived and took away my concerns. They were excellent and delivered as promised.”

“My only com-plaint was that ashes were sent to an incorrect address. It was sent to 47 Murray st rather than the 65 Murray St it should have been. Everything else was done superbly. I thought the packaging of the ashes was excellent. Thankyou.”

“Bare did just what I wanted (and as my deceased loved one wished), no fuss, minimal cost, though I think they retain the ashes until the fee is paid, which is fair enough. All went well and I would certainly use them again.”

“Overall positive however I did specifically request for my husbands ashes to be divided into three separate containers which I realised was not done when I opened the box. I then had to divide the ashes myself which was quite a traumatic event for me which was one I could have done without.”

“We wanted a 'no fuss' way to farewell my father and this is what we got with Bare. Everything was taken care of and we received regular communication updates. There was a slight disappointment with when we were told when dad's cremation would be, but it turned out okay. Trycia who delivered dad's ashes was genuinely kind and caring. Another small disappointment was that in the lovely handwritten card, dad's name was misspelt. Overall, pleased with this 'cheaper than a standard funeral service' option. Thank you Bare.”

“The overall experience with Bare was very good, and the service delivery extremely fast and efficient. The only negative was on two occasions I attempted to contact a representative dealing with my case; on both occasions they were unavailable, and though I left messages for them to call me back this did not happen.”

“Bare Cremation helped make a traumatic experience a fraction more bearable. Every person I spoke to on the phone was caring and took the time to explain the simplest of questions. I received a phone call to see if I was OK more than once throughout the process. I was helped over the phone fill out the forms. I thought it might be impersonal, not dealing with someone face-to-face, but this wasn't the case. I had a designated contact who was skilled in dealing with people coping with grief. I made the right choice, choosing Bare.”

“Very impressed with the website....imformation covers everything you need to know....everyone I spoke with were caring and helpful with all information I needed...communication between departments needs a little work...online personal portal needs to be updated more frequently ...I had to message to find out when things had taken place after I specifically asked to be messaged and information online was a day behind ....paperwork was done efficently and ashes delivered at a time convenient for me...cost very affordable and I would not hesitate to recommend Bare Funerals...thank you to everyone for your care..”
