“Bare Cremation made the passing of my mum much easier as it was very straight forward, everything was explained to me and I was kept informed of the process. All the staff that I dealt with were very caring, compassionate , sympathetic at a time when I was extremely emotional. Isaac who delivered my mum's ashes to my door was very polite and pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bare Cremation to family and friends. I found them very professional and affordable.”

“Easy to deal with - downside is you have to speak to many reps each time you have a query. Would be better to deal with only one rep to handle everything. Also provide updates on the process of our loved ones.”

“Excellent Service, From my first phone call to picking Up My wife, remains from the depot, Excellent. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars was the slip-up of unit number (4) in the address in the tex to Pick up My Wife's remains. A little slip, not serious, but enough to lose a star after what had been an Excellent and surprisingly smooth sailing week. I hadn't been down this route before so was very grateful, for the service that I received,”

“Phone calls were caring, all very good, just one thing when you sent an email on how I wish to receive the ashes it said by post or personal pick up could this ne explained better with regards to posting is it by your own courier or by a major company how is it done discretely does yhe courier contact you before delivery ensuring time and place just wasn't explained enough”

“I am very grateful to have Bare Funerals here on the Gold Coast. When my sister passed away I was her only support here on the Gold Coast as she came to me from her hometown of Sydney. I wanted the simplest of funerals with no fuss and that is just what I got. There was no service except a celebration of her life with her family when they could all attend several weeks later. It was just what she would have wanted.”

“It would have been 5 except for the mix up about collecting Mum's ashes and being asked about my experience with St Vincent's Care (I think it was). Otherwise all the staff that I dealt with were extremely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, very professional while still being warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bare to others.”

“BARE's communication throughout was pretty good. But they don't assist with Grant of Probate in South Australia, so we had to organise our process through seperate channels.”
