The respect and regard for the family from the collection of our loved one to the collection has been amazing and the online portal just made things so easy. “Respect, professionalism, compassion, guidance and communication from the very first contact I had with Bare a few days prior to my husbands death. This continued all the way through. My family and I were able to customise my husbands Service which was greatly appreciated and encouraged. There was no pressure placed on us at such a difficult time in our lives. Bare was there to gently guide us through every step. Bare staff were always available by phone or email to answer any questions. An easy to use website and everything is simple and well laid out. Bare offered us exactly what we wanted at the time of my husbands death, a beautiful service that honoured my husband. Thank you Bare team for supporting us through such a difficult time and providing such an amazing service.”

“Bare were exceptional to deal with. They were very empathetic and we felt our mum was looked after. From pick up to cremation to delivery back of her ashes we were kept informed all the way through. Highly recommend”

“We are very grateful for the care, respect and compassion that was shown by all the staff at Bare after the death of my mother. The incredible support before, during and after the funeral was very much appreciated. The whole process including the very individualised funeral service and the returning of the ashes to my home was seamless. Thank you to Jess and Natalie in particular. “Absolutely took all the stress out of sorting funeral arrangements from hospital to cremation and beyond. Caring and communicative staff who knew who you were and your situation without you having to explain anything. Bare made a really difficult time much easier to handle!”

“We couldn't have done it without Bare. The family decided to produce our own service with slides and speakers from the family. We chose the slides, selected the entry and exit music, and other music to be played in-between speeches. Bare organized it perfectly, including the handouts to attendees. Also, since we have many family and friends overseas or who couldn't attend the service, the ability to have the video available for months online was invaluable. But above all, the knowledge, competence, sensitivity and kindness shown to us during this difficult process where we had a funeral within 10 days of my mother's passing was very much appreciated, all with minimal intrusion. I really couldn't recommend them more.”
