“I always planned to use Bare for my Mother-in-Law who was dying of Stage 4 cancer. Despite having a long time to prepare mentally, it was still a shock when she left us. Bare were so easy to deal with. They were quick, efficient and compassionate throughout. They took care of things I didn't realise they would such as advising Centrelink and they got us the Death Certificate in just 2 weeks. Bare were great to deal with and I would/will use them again . Their online dashboard makes everything clear and easy but they also communicate through email and on the phone if that's what you need or prefer.”

“I was very happy with our celebrant Ronlyn Tranter, her calming nature allowed me to settle and find some peace within myself to get through my brothers service . Jebb did our post cards and was kind enough to adjust a little hiccup with no hassle , which was very appreciated. My disappointment was with my funeral arranger Brett Wade , I was notified the day before the funeral service that the catering in the tea room would not be taking place due to the amount of people. Luckily we were able to put a function on and the First & Last hotel . Secondly I rang bare cremations yesterday 18/10 to enquire about my brothers ashes 5 weeks on from his funeral service only to speak to a lovely lady by the name of Natalie to find out his ashes have been available to pick up . I did not receive an email or phone call to advise me of this which has upset me deeply, yet Natalie sent an email In 10 minutes to advise me of the process. . Disappointed with my with Brett otherwise I would have definitely scored higher.”
