“I have so many wonderful things to say about my experiece with Bare during one of the most terrible times I've been through. Before my father in law died he gave me the details of Bare and told me to use them when he passed. We were concerned that he had picked Bare just because he did not want us to have to contribute large amounts of money to look after him when the time came because when we looked at packages with other companies there were huge differences. But we decided to honour his wishes and I fully expected that we would need to just accept that we were going with what I thought was the "budget model". I was so very wrong. We did save a lot of money going with Bare, but we also got excellent service and care throughout the whole process. They made every difficult day, every difficult decision easier. Becc from their team was assigned to us from the very beginning and she was so very kind and patient. She checked in on us regularly just to see how we were feeling, gave us regular updates on what was happening logistically, talked to me about what I needed to do now, soon, later and then helped me through each step continually asking how she could help us on that particular day. There were text messages, phone calls (when it was suitable for me), emails, a dashboard I could log into whenever I had the energy to go in which was updated all of the time with what was happening. This care and attention was all given before I paid anything. It was just how they operated. I am so genuinely thankful and impressed by Bare, I will be most definately giving others in the future around me their details with confidence to help them through losing a loved one.”
