“These people were wonderful to deal with. Very professional, but also very compassionate. They understood how hard it was to say goodbye to our mum and guided us through the whole process. They kept every promise they made. We are extremely grateful for the services they provided as well as the prices being fixed and very competitive.”

“As it turned out we needed the services of Bare funerals much sooner than we had anticipated. During a very traumatic period, communication was timely, compassionate and provided us with the information and support we needed. Some people might think that because it’s cheap it’s nasty but this is so far from the truth and I have no hesitation in recommending their service to those lookinb”

“I cannot thank you all enough for the wonderful care that you provided to me when my mum passed. I had no idea where to begin, you came along and held my hand the whole way through, from phone calls to emails daily, letting me know what steps to take next, at no time did I feel stressed about the situation, you handled everything for me. I highly recommend anyone to use your services, they will not be disappointed. Thankyou again.”

“Didn't like the fact that during such a terrible time I had to speak to about 5 different people. They tried to change my time for picking my husbands ashes up and I was already booked. This really upset me at the time. Then they sent about 5 emails telling me the wrong time. Although these maybe automated I think they need to keep a closer eye on such things.The actual pick up was very quick and maybe a little to thoughtless for my liking. Apart from that it was good.”

“At the worst time of my life, when my wife of 52 years suddenly passed away, BARE helped me through this terrible grief with so much compassion, care and professionalism, allocating an individual staff member Kelly, as my personal arranger and single point of contact throughout the funeral process. I can't thank BARE enough for the kindness shown to me. There were endless options of service level available for me to choose from, each explained through Kelly or the online dashboard, without the slightest bit of pressure to go bigger or better. I was shown so much patience by Kelly, when I had moments of hesitation or indecision with choices I made, nothing seemed a problem. I also think BARE provided the funeral service I wanted, at exceptional value, based on comments from friends with experience of funeral costs. I highly recommend Bare and thank them for being there for me.”

“Excellent from beginning to end. Communicative, supportive and compassionate - helped with legal advice and offered grief counselling. I would absolutely recommend bare. We wanted no funeral and a simple cremation and our own memorial. Bare were ideal.”

“Bare were very helpful to my family during the tough time of losing our Dad. They kept us up to date with all of the information around Dad's cremation via their dashboard. One of Dad's wishes was to have a cardboard coffin and Bare made that happen for us. They were very kind in the waythey supported our Mother through this tough time too. We are so very grateful for their help and guidance with getting the paperwork done for Dad's death certificate too. Thank you Bare for all you did for us. We are so very grateful too, for Elle checking in with us. She was very gentle and thoughtful in all that she did for us.”

“Every contact we had with Bare staff was competently and compassionately treated. The celebrant who was chosen for us was amazing. A one hour tele conference was more than enough for her to understand all about my husband and me and our late son. Thank you Bare for helping make a hard time a little easier.”
