“My mother had just passed. While most of the hospital staff was wonderful there was one administrator who was applying pressure to have the body removed from their responsibility as soon as possible. It was awkward and uncomfortable for myself and family who had, less than an hour ago lost our mother unexpectedly. We did a quick google search and Bare came up.
My wife made the call and was greeted by a lovely, compassionate lady. My wife explained our situation and was treated with with calm reassurance and understanding.
Bare took over the process. They went about doing everything that needed organising from handling the body to arranging the death certificate.
