Throughout the entire process, Elle made what could have been an overwhelming and distressing experience feel seamless and manageable. Her calm and reassuring approach removed much of the stress and uncertainty, which was invaluable while I was in such a vulnerable emotional state.
Elle was consistently kind, patient, and understanding, particularly during our conversations when I found it difficult to hold myself together. She allowed me the space to process my emotions while gently guiding me through the necessary steps. Her thoughtful follow-up emails and genuine check-ins meant more than I can adequately express, they restored a sense of faith in humanity and showed how much of a positive impact a caring individual can have, even as a stranger.
I would also like to recognise the wider team, all of whom I found to be equally supportive, respectful, and compassionate in every interaction. The dignity and care shown in returning my mum into my care will never be forgotten.
