“When my father passed away earlier in the year we were faced with many options for cremation, many of them quite expensive. Chelsea and TC were so lovely, they couldn't do enough for me, they guided me and made every difficult decision so much easier. TC delivered my husbands ashes to my door (I live in an apartment block) and she was so lovely. Chelsea organised everything and made sure things like the printing of his order of service was done in a speedy manner and they were delivered really quickly.
At the time I was so numb and so emotional and it made such a difference to be treated with such kindness and compassion, and to be kept informed of everything, where my husband's body was resting, when he went to the crematorium, when his ashes would be delivered, in fact he was cremated on a Friday and his ashes were hand delivered to me on the Monday, 3 days later, incredible.
