After our extended family recently had a great experience with Bare, we chose to engage them to take care of my father. Unfortunately, our experience this time fell short of expectations. The initial communication was very slow, and we were only contacted the day before they planned to cremate Dad. Adding to our frustration, they couldn’t provide a specific time for the cremation and promised to update us once it was completed. However, I ended up having to follow up the next day to confirm that everything had gone smoothly. We understand Bare offers a no-frills service, but we felt this level of communication was inadequate, especially given the excellent service our extended family received just two months prior. While we appreciate their affordability and simplicity, we hope they can improve the consistency of their communication and service delivery moving forward.
