I can’t say enough positive things about this company. From the first phone call to them, to the follow up organisational calls & email communication, to the gentlemen that arrived at her house to take her on her final ride, to the cremation day & time notification, to the lovely young lady that delivered her ashes home to us, well what can I say…. The level of professionalism & compassion offered to me & my Step Dad by BARE was honestly not expected, but was most gratefully appreciated. The highlight was the young lady who arrived. Now, my stepdad was at home by himself when she arrived & after some words of condolence, she handed Mum over to him & he became emotional, as you would expect after 40 years of marriage. This lovely person asked if he would like her to sit with him for a while & help him for a few minutes. Marvellous. Unexpected. They may be a business, but they are wonderful people as well Thank you
