It was a very easy and reliable process. They provided exactly what my mum wanted. There was no pushing of “extras” and we were able to select what we knew met mum’s wishes. The staff were friendly and able to be contacted whenever we needed. Mum’s ashes were delivered to the door, which was a nice gesture.
