Recently I lost a parent and this was my first experience of dealing with the death of a close family member. I was very appreciative of all the BARE team members who guided me through the process of my Dad's cremation. Each and every contact person from BARE, albeit through calls, texts, emails and the delivery of his ashes, was very professional, courteous and caring.
