Fantastic! Unbelievable! I felt very well looked after, listened to, & cared about. My friend was spoken about & cared for like she was of utmost importance even though she had 'passed away', & she was treated with the utmost respect at all times. Staff were the most friendly, gentle, empathic, supportive, and encouraging people I've ever dealt with - from beginning to end, & right throughout the whole process. All available Services were presented clearly & simply without any pressure. I was guided through exactly what would happen & when, & what I needed to do, in a very caring, step-by-step manner. Everyone was extremely reliable & trustworthy, & very prompt in all communications, whether by phone/sms/email. Everyone knew what to do, how to do it, & did it very efficiently & effectively. People were the primary focus, not money, which was more than just a "breath of fresh air". "Bare" is the best business of any kind that I've ever had to deal with, I think. I can't sing their praises highly enough to everyone I meet.
