Mum dying was sort of expected but not right now and it really took me by surprise.. I found that I wasn’t as prepared as I thought I was and Bare were wonderful in covering the spots I had missed. Everything that was explained to me in that first panicked, midnight phone call was followed through and covered, ensuring that the whole process was stress free, which helped a lot. Your staff were kind and helpful, even managing to make me feel good enough to laugh.
