Didn't like the fact that during such a terrible time I had to speak to about 5 different people.
They tried to change my time for picking my husbands ashes up and I was already booked. This really upset me at the time. Then they sent about 5 emails telling me the wrong time. Although these maybe automated I think they need to keep a closer eye on such things.The actual pick up was very quick and maybe a little to thoughtless for my liking.
Apart from that it was good.
