The initial process was amazing, the sign up and the communication when collecting the body - brilliant
They have a dashboard so you can monitor where they are in the process
Then without warning I received my Grandad in the mail, I was advised someone would reach out to me after I contacted them and did not receive that contact
If that process had gone smoothly I would easily have rated 5 out of 5 but surprise Grandad in a box was not a good experience
