My experience of Bare has been extremely positive. The communication has been very clear, effective and the dashboard is excellent. My one suggestion is this- the young woman who returned my Mum's ashes was lovely but didn't bother to sit down only stayed 2 minutes. It's a very emotional time receiving my Mum's ashes and just five minutes of her sitting down to talk about it would have been lovely.
