I was extremely happy with the way your people cared for us at this time. The paperwork was a bit tricky but as you recomended it be done on a computer, much better. Anything that had to be followed up was promptly and with any phone calls I was treated with the greatest respect. You also offered a lot of after services. The death certificate came very promptly, much quicker than other times I had to deal with this.
