Bare were compassionate and informed me every step through the process of my mum's cremation. My arranger Lydia was lovely and gentle also the checklists and grief counselling have helped me so much throughout the process thankyou for making this easier for myself and our family ❤️ 10/10 also I needed to change from collecting to ashes to postal and that was done with ease and mum is now safe home with me. Thankyou again for you fantastic and seamless service
