Really recommend contacting the customer service team if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. After leaving a review explaining my dissatisfaction with my shoes, the team was quick to reach out to me. Within 48hrs I received new shoe laces and different foot beds. I am now getting so much wear out of my shoes! I’m SO happy! Thank you very much to the awesome customer service team!
