“The product looks good, and the in store service was excellent. Unfortunately for me after using the shoes for about 1hr in a Pack Fair I developed a blister on my left heal. My fused Left ankle does not work well with the shoe design. I am away on business till Thursday and will be returning the shoes on Friday. I really wanted to find a good smart shoe that worked with my ankle”

“I'm a long time customer of Bared. I bought my daughter her first pair yesterday and went in to the Melbourne city store to get sized etc. The male sales assistant wasn't very helpful...once she had the shoes on he didn't double check the fit, even though I asked him too, as I was worried they were not the right size. He said he had measured her foot and that ould be sufficient. My daughter, a teenager, convinced me they were the correct size. She now has a massive blister on her heel and I'm wishing I had asked for help from another more helpful sales assistant as it was a lot of spend on a pair of shoes that will probably not be worn again.”

After providing the below review, the Bared team reached out to me almost immediately, listening to the issues I faced and providing potential solutions. After speaking with the Bared team over the phone, I visited the Melbourne CBD store where Anna kindly assisted in adjusting the shoes to create a custom fit for my feet. She additionally provided gel spots and leather stretch spray for the shoes which have been immensely helpful. The shoes now fit perfectly with minimal pain. Many thanks to the Bared team for being so helpful, I would recommend Bared for the customer service alone!

These were my first pair of bared shoes after hearing the rave reviews but these really hurt my feet. The top of the shoes bruised the bottom of my shins for the first few months and I have found that I cannot walk for long in these shoes as they cause pain on the outer side of my foot very oddly!
I otherwise can’t fault the manufacturing quality and look - just wish these didn’t hurt! :( Especially sad given I had saved up for a while to get these!”
